Actual scope, price, timeline, responsibilities, hosting and support terms should be defined in a separate written proposal and agreement.
Intellectual property
HospitEdge branding and original website content may not be reused without permission. Client-provided materials remain subject to the rights defined in the project agreement.
CareLoop
CareLoop requires separate SaaS terms, privacy documentation, security controls and acceptable-use rules before live patient use.
